suministro<\/h2>\n            <\/div>\n            \n            <\/div><\/div>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a46e155 data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Los Usuarios con potencias registradas menores a 20 kW tendr\u00e1n la opci\u00f3n de encuadrarse en la subcategoria T2 CMP, en caso de as\u00ed considerarlo conveniente, contratando al efecto su m\u00e1ximo requerimiento de potencia anual (a\u00fan en el caso que el mismo sea menor que 20 kW).<\/p><p>La \u201ccapacidad de suministro\u201d convenida por escrito es la potencia m\u00e1xima que D.E.C.S.A.\u00a0\u00a0pondr\u00e1 a disposici\u00f3n del Usuario en cada punto de entrega, sin discriminaci\u00f3n horaria. Dicho valor tendr\u00e1 validez por 12 meses consecutivos desde la habilitaci\u00f3n del servicio y en lo sucesivo por ciclos de 12 meses y hasta tanto el Usuario no comunique por escrito a D.E.C.S.A. su decisi\u00f3n de prescindir parcial o totalmente de la \u201ccapacidad de suministro\u201d puesta a su disposici\u00f3n, o bien de solicitar un incremento. Las facturaciones por tales conceptos, son cuotas sucesivas de una misma obligaci\u00f3n.<\/p><p>Si una vez cumplido el plazo de 12 meses por el que se convino la \u201ccapacidad de suministro\u201d, el Usuario decide prescindir totalmente de la misma, s\u00f3lo podr\u00e1 pedir la reconexi\u00f3n del servicio si ha transcurrido como m\u00ednimo 1 a\u00f1o de hab\u00e9rselo dado de baja.
